First I want to acknowledge and express gratitude for everyone's patience. The Dot Theory experience goes beyond a microneedling-focused medical spa. What we're building, especially on the backend tech piece, will enable us to serve you in ways traditional practices simply can't, and that rollout takes a lot of time and patience on everyone's behalf. So thank you for taking this journey with us!

I also want to address a couple questions we've been getting as we get closer to launch — and I absolutely love these questions!

The first is that our protocol with RF significantly reduces the risk of damaging fat pads because it is not RF microneedling. They are not done at the same time, but they are done in the same treatment. Our RF treatment focuses on deeper stimulation and is safe and effective as a long-term ritual.

The second is I want to express our care and attention in training. Our Medical Director is personally training lead nurses and nurses to fit his exact protocols and expectations. As a plastic surgeon serving high-profile clients, Dr. Vranis has a high standard of care and quality that he upholds in all of his ventures. We are so grateful to have this level of craft and passion as the foundation to our treatment plans at The Dot Theory.

This high-touch focus on our team, our software, and the overall experience we're committed to giving each and every one of you is why this rollout is slow, deliberate, and intentional. We want to get it right the first time, and we want to give it to you with the highest quality care that we want to experience ourselves. Don't forget, we are clients of The Dot Theory too! -Siri

As we edge ever closer to an official "open," our team have been getting some really great questions! I'm excited for our nurses to consult with everyone independently, because skincare — or what we call skin fitness — is not cookie cutter. Everyone is different, and so your treatment plan should be unique to you!

Here's a small update: we started moving some of the big furniture in and are fixing remaining items on the list. As it is with all things, some of our bigger pieces are delayed, but that shouldn't stop us — we're committed to staying on schedule.

Tomorrow our goal is to roll out profiles to some of our founders. I want to thank you in advance for your patience as we begin rolling out what our engineering team have been working so hard on. There will be feedback and little bugs here and there — that's to be expected — but we love building alongside you, and I'm here to intake any of those improvements to ensure your experience with us at The Dot Theory continues to amaze.

Happy Monday everyone! A few more updates went into the studio today and our light fixtures were installed! It's amazing how much work goes into something seemingly straightforward.

In the meantime, our engineering team has rolled out the good faith exam integration. Let me tell you about it: each year, our clients are required to be briefly seen by a physician to pre-approve you for a variety of treatments and protocols we offer. This way, when you want to try an add-on or upgrade, you're all set!

This was the final touch on the platform and puts us so much closer to launching it to you — still on track for this week! More to come... -Siri

Hello everyone! A quick Sunday update from me today: the floors are going in, halfway through, and I am elated! It's a little untraditional, but Morgan and I really think this space deserved to be different — to be extraordinary. I'll add photos tomorrow, I promise!
