The agreement between us.

1. Memberships

The Reset Membership ($197/month) and The Remodel Series ($277/month) are recurring monthly plans billed on the same date each month. Membership includes the sessions and inclusions listed on the Membership page at the time you join.

Sessions are allocated monthly and do not roll over indefinitely; unused sessions expire 60 days after allocation. Memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred.

2. Pausing and cancellation

You may pause or cancel your membership with 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. Payments already taken are non-refundable, but any unused session within the 60-day window remains available to you.

3. Bookings and no-shows

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and no-shows, forfeit that session. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we shorten or reschedule your ritual for safety reasons.

4. Consultation and suitability

All treatments require a consultation. We may decline or postpone treatment where a contraindication applies. You are responsible for disclosing accurate medical information, medications and any changes to your health between visits.

5. Results

Skin responds individually. We describe expected outcomes honestly, but we do not guarantee specific results, timelines or degrees of improvement.

6. Payment

Membership fees are charged in advance. Failed payments may pause your membership until resolved. Add-ons, including full décolleté (+$75/month) and single Remodel sessions (+$80), are charged alongside your plan.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the treatment concerned. We are not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed medical information or from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of any change affecting an active membership.
