The agreement between us.

1. Memberships

The Reset Membership ($197/month) and The Reset+ Membership ($267/month) are recurring monthly plans billed on the same date each month. The Remodel Add On is charged per session: +$90 with The Reset Membership or +$120 with The Reset+ Membership, and can be added to either plan. Membership includes the sessions and inclusions listed on the Membership page at the time you join.

Sessions are allocated monthly and do not roll over indefinitely; unused sessions expire 60 days after allocation. Memberships are personal to you and cannot be shared or transferred.

2. Pausing and cancellation

You may pause or cancel your membership at any time. Payments already taken are non-refundable (except as described in "Buying online before your first visit" below), but any unused session within the 60-day window remains available to you.

3. Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can do this in the app or by texting (844) 668-7546.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't attend your appointment, a $35 late-cancellation fee applies.

Members keep the session and can rebook it. The session keeps its original expiry date, and it is not extended or carried into the following month.

Single-session bookings: the $35 fee applies, and your session payment can be applied to a rebooked appointment.

Add-ons and upgrades booked for that visit are non-refundable.

By booking, you authorize The Dot Theory to charge the card on file for this fee. We may waive the fee for illness or an emergency at our discretion.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your treatment for safety.

4. Single sessions

You can book a single session of The Reset ($285) or The Reset+ ($345) without a membership. Single sessions are paid at booking.

Buying online before your first visit

• When you buy on our website, we email you a link to set up your account. Each purchase is for the person whose mobile number and email are entered at checkout. To buy for someone else, send a gift instead. You must be 18 or older.
• After you pay, you complete a short health form before you book, and our clinical team reviews it. If it shows a treatment isn't right for you, we'll contact you, and you'll receive a full refund.
• Until your first appointment or consult, you can ask for a full refund by texting (844) 668-7546. For a membership, this covers every payment made before your first visit. After your first visit, the membership terms above apply.
• A single session or consult & patch test bought online is valid for 12 months from purchase. We'll remind you 30 days before it expires.
• The booking, cancellation and no-show terms in section 3 apply to visits booked with an online purchase.

5. Medical clearance

Every client completes a Good Faith Exam with a licensed provider before their first treatment. If the provider decides a treatment is not right for you, we refund payments for any treatment not performed.

6. Automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically each month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by texting (844) 668-7546. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Sessions already allocated to you stay usable within their 60-day window.

7. Consultation and suitability

All treatments require a consultation. We may decline or postpone treatment where a contraindication applies. You are responsible for disclosing accurate medical information, medications and any changes to your health between visits.

8. Results

Skin responds individually. We describe expected outcomes honestly, but we do not guarantee specific results, timelines or degrees of improvement.

9. Payment

Membership fees are charged in advance. Failed payments may pause your membership until resolved. Add-ons, including The Remodel Add On (+$90 per session with The Reset Membership or +$120 per session with The Reset+ Membership), are charged alongside your plan.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the treatment concerned. We are not liable for outcomes arising from undisclosed medical information or from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will give at least 30 days' notice of any change affecting an active membership.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
