Does it hurt? What downtime really looks like

Most people describe it as tolerable with numbing, and downtime is usually a day or two of redness.
With a numbing step beforehand, most people find it very manageable. Afterward, expect some redness that fades over a day or two, a bit like a mild sunburn.
It's a real treatment doing real work, and the short downtime is the tradeoff for the collagen payoff.
