Why we train skin in twelve-week blocks
December 12, 2025

A look inside how we plan a season of sessions — and what the before-and-afters actually show at week twelve.
Skin responds to training the way muscle does: a stimulus, a recovery window, then a stronger baseline. Twelve weeks is roughly how long it takes for that cycle to show up in tone and texture.
In our client journeys, the visible turn usually lands somewhere in the middle — around session three — and keeps compounding through the block.
That's why we plan in seasons rather than single appointments. The story of good skin is a training log, not a highlight reel.
